Scooter Boy is a free browser and mobile game. This policy explains what little data it handles.
The Scooter Boy Android app is ad-supported: ads are served by Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google uses identifiers such as your device's advertising ID and, depending on your consent choices and location, data such as approximate location (derived from IP) and ad interaction data. Where required by law (for example in the EU/UK), the app shows Google's consent form before serving ads, and you can revisit your choice any time via the privacy & ads options link on the game's main menu.
The web version (playing in a browser at scooterboy.1clickdev.com) shows no ads and uses no ad trackers.
Because submitted nicknames and scores are publicly visible on the leaderboard, please don't use a nickname that identifies you personally if you prefer to stay anonymous.
Want your leaderboard entry removed? Use the self-serve deletion page at scooterboy.1clickdev.com/delete. Because nicknames are publicly visible on the leaderboard, deletion is protected by a private deletion code — the game shows it the first time you submit a score and saves it on your device. If your nickname predates the code system, you can verify with your best all-time score and the date you set it instead. You can also contact us and we'll delete it for you.
